Year 4 have spent the last three weeks planning and preparing for their assembly, which recognises International Friendship Week.

 They have made this event an SDL assignment. First, they planned out a range of activities they could put into the assembly. Full use of the SDL centre was made; their next step being to sort and vote for what to include.

 Fine tuning and adjustments were then made to produce the final result. The teamwork and commitment shown towards this project was amazing!:   Please see the link below for the video shown at the end of the assembly

 Both the school and the parents enjoyed the assembly;

“ There was a real warmth in the room…”  Mr Still”

“ Can we have the video on the website?”  The parents

A real insight into how our children look at friendship! Great to see such a ‘Happy’ SDL assignment! Mr.Taylor

I came to watch the Year 4 assembly and was blown away by the level of commitment shown by the children. I definitely saw the Year 4 students all contribute positively within the group! Fantastic! Mrs. Unwin
