The OneSchool Attendance policy states:

3.10.1 Leave of absence will only be granted due to the exceptional circumstances relating to a parent application for leave.

3.10.2 Leave of  absence shall not be granted unless:

  • An application has been made in advance to the Lead CA by a parent with whom the student normally resides; and
  • The Lead CA has liaised with the parent and Headteacher to approve the application.

This form must be used to request a Student Absence relating to the above. All requests will be submitted to the Lead CA for consideration.

Where further information is required or the request cannot be met you will be contacted by either the Trustee or the School.
